AMNC-it

AMNC-IT is a job scheduler specifically designed for the AMADA automation solution. Based on a robust architecture, AMNC-IT allows your AMADA automation system to yield the highest productivity possible. The AMNC-IT system enables the user to communicate with the automated material Loading and Unloading systems by sending data to and receiving data from the system. Through AMNC-IT, the user may also load and automatically prioritize different programs.

The AMNC-IT system supports input code types such as .GCD, .LCD, .NC and .SY2, and is compatible with AP100US, AmNEST and Dr. ABE_Blank. Schedule output from the Amada Job Wizard, IntelliNEST and SheetWizard nesting modules can be automatically stored into SDDJ or to a file, so it can be used by the AMNC-IT. In addition, AMNC-IT supports .LI1 schedule files from AmNEST as well as schedule files from Dr.ABE_Blank (SDD-J).

The AMNC-IT system comes complete with a G-code simulator editor, which allows the operator to simulate and edit the G-code program. The software also includes an Animation window that shows the current job/sheet running on the line as well as jobs pending in the schedule.
