The Astro 100NT Cell is an automatic robotic bending system integrated with a 110 ton hydraulic press brake. It is designed for high-precision part productivity through reduced cycle times. The Astro 100NT Cell is a totally unmanned robotic bending system, which increases productivity and profitability without increasing costly labor. The Astro 100NT Cell incorporates a larger press brake with larger capacity robots. This enables process of bigger and/or heavier parts. The robot utilizes the entire length of ram allowing flexible multiple stage bending.

• Automatic Tools layout Changer (ATC) providing quick setup and long running schedule to increased productivity and shortens delivery time.
• The unique down-acting design of the press brake eliminates shimming, as the hydraulic cylinders in the lower beam match the deflection of the upper beam to eliminate part canoeing.
• Automatic work-piece Gripper Changer (AGC) and Automatic Hand Changer (AHC).Work-piece gripper and hands can be exchanged automatically depending on products, make it easy for schedule run even if they are small quantity batches.
