Create an Inspection Sheet from your CAD file

• Transfer the orthographic images from CAD file to the orthographic page
• Create the inspection check sheet file for the flat view
• Go to the orthographic page and create the dimensions required for inspection and save this 3D inspection check sheet for later use

Inspect the Flat Part

• Scan the flat part to gather inspection results
• View the flat inspection results
• Save as an inspection in process file

Inspect the 3D Part with Auto Dimension Log

• Open the inspection in process file to begin inputting manual inspection results
• Use electronic gauges or another measuring device to measure a specific dimension
• The report dialogue box will automatically guide you through the inspection process
• If the dimension is out of tolerance the manual entry box will appear with the measurement in red
• If the dimension is within tolerance the manual entry box will appear with the measurement in green

Automatically Generate Inspection Reports

• Orthographic results appear on the report page
• Choose from SPC summary reports or include charts
• Customize Excel templates if you prefer
• Print off inspection reports as required
