The ASR 3015 NTK from AMADA delivers a powerful, compact automation solution—integrating vertical sheet storage, rear side loading, and a TakeOut (TK) parts removal system all in one. With up to 10 pallets, it enables long runs without constant operator intervention. Its TK unit intelligently handles both finished parts (via vacuum) and skeletons (via clamp), keeping your workflow smooth and organized. Plus, the open-front design keeps the machine accessible for quick manual jobs, giving you both advanced automation capability and flexible access.

• High raw material storage capacity of up to 10 pallets rated up to 2,000 kg (4,400 lbs.) each. Second tower of up to 10 pallets for finished parts/skeletons.
• Handles large raw sheets ranging from 915 mm x 305 mm min. to 3,000 x 1,525 mm max. with thicknesses from 0.5 - 6.0 mm.
• Picks finished parts using vacuum suction and removes skeleton/micro-jointed sheet via clamp.
• Compact, tubular welded frame makes it easier to integrate into existing shop layouts.
• Loading/unloading at the rear, leaving the front of the machine open—useful for manual or JIT (just-in-time) work.
• Automates the full cycle of raw sheet storage loading part removal stacking—reducing manual handling and increasing throughput.
• Product pallet stacking area 3,000 mm x 1500 mm with up to 260 mm (10.25") stack height.
