The following procedure applies to all Amada Laser Machines equipped with the Fanuc C1000, C1500, C2000, C1500B, C2000A, C2000B or C3000B lasers.

The following information will help in maintaining your Fanuc Laser. Please make sure that the Laser gas does not go below 200 psi on the primary side of the regulator and purge the laser at least three times when the new bottle is installed. If you are running three shifts a day please purge the Laser at least once every 24 hours. Also note that the chiller temperature should be above 70° F when the Laser is started up in the morning. Please use a new data sheet with each new bottle of gas.
