The MP 1225 auto-robotic load/unload system automates the loading and unloading of AMADA turret punch presses. This allows unmanned operation of the punch press and enables the machine to be run during the day, during breaks and lunches, and after hours.

• The MP 1225 will consistently load and unload one sheet every 34 seconds without operator assistance. Once the punching process is complete, sheets are automatically removed and neatly stacked, after which a new sheet is loaded. Through unattended operation, you can significantly increase profitability by reducing labor costs and enabling round-the-clock production.
