Air Blow Tooling

1. PUNCH BODY:
The Air Blow punch body is made entirely of M2 steel, significantly increasing the life of the the punch and the duration between sharpenings.

2. PUNCH BODY LUBRICATION CHANNEL:
With each press stroke, an air/oil mixture is injected into the tool through the punch body channel. This passageway provides internal lubrication to all critical components.

3. INTERNAL/EXTERNAL GUIDE CHANNEL:
The air/oil mixture lubricates the interior and the exterior of the guide, protecting both the punch body and the turret bore and eliminating the need for manual lubrication.

4. PUNCH TIP CHANNEL:
In turn, automatic lubrication of the punch tip is achieved through the punch tip channel, significantly increasing punch life and aiding in the prevention of galling.
