Parameter loading procedure for 04PLA

SUMMARY

The following procedure will step you through reloading parameters on the Fanuc 04PC control. For instructions on editing parameters please go to Editing Parameters

Note: If you do not have parameter tapes or disks, you can download them from our Parameter site.

 

PROCEDURE

1.
 Locate the parameter tapes inside the control. They are usually located in a bag inside the control cabinet. There are also altered parameter data sheets located behind one of the doors on the control.
2.
 There are several parameters that may have been altered over time and should be recorded if you can access your parameter pages. To check the parameter page, first go to the alarm page if not already there and press the "FUNC." key along with the "ALARM" key. Press the "Parameter" soft key located under the CRT screen. You now should be on the parameter page. Try to page down to access more parameters.
3.
 Record the following parameters to put in by hand at a later date.
