Call up or input the program for focus adjust. Load a sheet of 16 gauge(.060"), large enough to be held by all three clamps and touch both X gauge blocks. Set the G93 for the position you are going to cut. Open the oxygen bottle and set the regulator to 100psi. Set O2 low and O2 high to .5kg/cm2 and 1.5kg/cm2 respectively.

Press the Custom button. This will boot into the Material List. Cursor to "SPC1.5", press Input and then the Open soft key. This will bring up the Cutting Condition screen. Cursor down to a condition, 1 through 8, that has a feedrate of around 150ipm. Change the power to 800watts by moving the cursor to the power column, keying in the number 800 and pressing insert. Move to the frequency and change to 2000Hz. Set duty to 100%. Press the "save" soft key to store the changed data.

Press Function and Program buttons to get back to the program text. In the "Focus Adjust" program, set the M102 (material spec) and corresponding "E" code that was selected from the above procedure.

Press the Start button. After it cuts one line move the focus up 0.5mm and press start. Repeat this process until the lines appear narrower then wider.

Reset the control. Retract the axis.
